Mahesh Subramanian

Founder, Managing Director

Mr. Subramanian is the founder of Ideal Tech Labs and an accomplished innovator with vast experience in delivery of high performance software solutions. His experience spans various industries and verticals including retail, shipping, logistics, healthcare and ecommerce among others. In his 15 years of technology and leadership experience, he has worked in around 12 countries building successful teams in the process. He has implemented several products/applications partnering with CXO's creating IT value through innovation. He is an avid automobile enthusiast and loves spending time at the beach.

Sripad Dattaji Rao

VP, Emerging Business & Delivery

Mr. Sripad has been in the IT industry for over 28 years and his career spans across many areas like software development, System and Application Administration, and Infrastructure management. Early in his career Mr. Sripad was an IBM AIX consultant and spent over 6 six years in the US. After a successful stint in the US, Mr Sripad returned to India to head the Global Resource Center for Pentasoft. At Ideal Tech, he passionately leads our Product and Emerging Business divisions. He is a Linux/Unix guru and loves building new products from scratch.

Shivaji Chelladurai

Director, Software Engineering

Mr. Chelladurai has over 18 years of experience in application development in the retail, health insurance, and the logistics industries. Mr. Chelladurai has worked at organizations such as IBM, Tata, Cognizant as an enterprise architect. As a recognized leader in the industry with a proven track record in fortune 500 companies, he is a key member at Ideal Tech Labs. Shivaji holds an engineering degree from the PSG College of Technology. In his passtime, he enjoys swimming and cycling.

Srinivasan Santhanagopalan

Director, Strategy & Operations

Mr. Srinivasan Santhanagopalan (Srini) has 23 years of Banking experience worked as a Service Delivery Leader in various Global Banks such as Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Standard Chartered Bank Group. Srini has handled very large scale operations and is passionate about setting up businesses/Operations from scratch. Srini is "Six Sigma Green Belt certified" and has successfully delivered various automation and process improvements projects in the past. Srini, in his free time, enjoys listening to music.
